Future of Kherson through the eyes of children!

For the third time Kherson city public organization "Development", together with the Office of the Education Committee of the Kherson City Council and city centralized library system, hold two contests: “Draw the future of the city”and" The ideas of youth about city development or your idea is the best". Children, aged 9 to 17 years, may take part. Winners will receive prizes and certificates.
