Ophthalmologic set for Lisa Foros

FUNDRAISING IS COMPLETED!

  In 2 months from birth Liza Foros had a diagnosis: V degree of retinopathy of prematurity, scar phase of the left eye, retinopathy of prematurity IVb-V degree, scar phase of the right eye. Clinic give an agree to do an operation for free, but only with medical-ophthalmologic set, which costs 5 137,00 gryvnas (500 euro). With a support of people of a goodwill and maintenance of Fund of Ustin Maltsev all funds were collected.

  Ophthalmologic set:
  - AKREOS Aspheric IOL - 1 piece
  - Concomitant medical supplies - 14 pieces

  Funds were transferred from the account of the Fund Ustin Maltsev. Fund of Ustin Maltsev and Liza's mother thankful to all concerned for people's misfortunes. Thank you for your kindness!
